Low On Customer Service - Chart House Review

Several  people got very very sick the next day.  Everyone ordered different items and the people were not sitting together.  The people had flu like symptoms the next day.  This included adults as well as children that were vomiting the next day after eating at the Chart House restaurant.

I did not get sick but felt bad for the people that did so I wrote Chart House restaurant. Their response is what caused me to write this review.  They did not care!!!!!  They called me back and told me that none of their employees called in sick. No kidding they were serving us food.

 I felt that they should at least compensate the people that got sick with a free meal or compensate me since I paid for all of the people at the party.  But since none of them were hospitalized they would not give anyone anything.  They did not even apologize!!!   The only common denominator between all of the guest is that they all ate food at the Chart House.

Do not get me wrong I like the Chart House, and will eat their again (my wife and I eat their several times per/month), but thought people should know that the corporate office has low customer service and does not care if people get sick eating at their restaurant.

I am still waiting on a resolution or at the minimum an apology.
